# Enlazá

> Enlazá connects a user's authorized WhatsApp Business number to an assistant they already use, through remote MCP with per-user OAuth or personal Bearer tokens. Enlazá is a connector, not a chatbot or AI model. Compatible assistants include ChatGPT, Dots, Grok and Grok Bot, subject to each host's current support and policies.

Current status: initial activation of reception for each number still requires SaskyCo assistance. Do not claim universal automatic setup, unattended activation or real-phone delivery verification. History is optional. A real incoming WhatsApp message from the contact—not an owner prompt—opens the 24-hour free-form reply window; Enlazá does not send approved templates yet.

Account deletion: self-service in account settings with two confirmations. Deletes active Enlazá data and revokes access; external copies and backup retention are explained at https://enlaza.chat/privacy. Agents must leave deletion confirmation to the account owner.
