Enlazá is available in the ChatGPT plugin directory. Connect your number and ask your assistant to help with your conversations.
Search for “WhatsApp” or “Enlazá” in ChatGPT plugins, or open our listing directly. Your WhatsApp Business stays on your phone. You choose permissions and can revoke access whenever you want.
From installation to your first task.
- Open the Enlazá for WhatsApp Business listing in ChatGPT and choose install.
- Sign in to Enlazá and authorize the plugin. This connects ChatGPT to Enlazá; it does not link WhatsApp yet.
- If your number is not linked yet, connect WhatsApp through Facebook. Use the same Enlazá account, choose whether to import history, and follow Meta’s steps with your phone nearby.
- Return to ChatGPT, start a new chat and select Enlazá with @ or ask ChatGPT to use it. Start with one concrete task.

Before you start
Do I need to create a custom plugin?
The directory listing is the direct installation path. Open it, install Enlazá and complete your account connection.
Do I lose WhatsApp Business on my phone?
You keep your app and number. Enlazá adds access for your assistant, with the permissions you choose.
What can I send?
Text, images and PDFs inside the available conversation window. Starting or reopening a conversation outside that window requires an approved template and the contact’s consent. The guide explains the requirements.
Does it work with other assistants?
Yes. Enlazá is also listed in the Claude directory and connects with Grok, Dots and compatible remote MCP clients.
