Enlazá

ENLAZÁ GUIDE

Connect your WhatsApp Business to the assistant you already use.

Enlazá, at enlaza.chat, is SaskyCo’s connection between WhatsApp Business and your assistant.

With Enlazá, you connect your number to Dots, Grok Bot, ChatGPT, Grok, Claude or another agent that supports remote MCP, including key-based access for clients such as Hark. You keep using WhatsApp Business on your phone.

How to connect

  1. Create your Enlazá account. You can sign in with Google or email.
  2. Authorize your number with Meta. Choose whether to import your history or start with new messages.
  3. Add Enlazá to your assistant. Choose your app and follow its connection steps.
  4. Choose the permissions. You can allow reading and, separately, sending messages and receiving new-message notifications.

Connect another assistant

In Connections, choose Add connection → An assistant (MCP). Tap Copy next to Grok Bot, Grok, Claude or another assistant and paste the request into its chat. It is copied in your chosen language, without displaying the prompt or creating a key. Your assistant guides you through sign-in and authorization with the same Enlazá account. If WhatsApp is already connected, do not link Facebook again. My application (API) is separate for your own software.

Use the same WhatsApp simultaneously from ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Grok Bot and other compatible assistants. They all use the same Enlazá MCP: https://enlaza.chat/mcp. Connect WhatsApp through Facebook once; then sign in and authorize each assistant with the same Enlazá account. Each can read and reply with the permissions you grant. You do not need to disconnect one to add another.

Tell your assistant: “Connect Enlazá.”

A ready-to-use request for Hark or your preferred assistant. It guides you through the right link, step by step.

In both cases, use your own Enlazá account. If you have already signed in or connected your number, continue in that same account.

Bot setup and automatic notifications

For teams, the administrator manages the allowed connectors. For a personal Bot, use the options available in your account’s Plugins or Marketplace. To receive automatic notifications, the Bot must support MCP Events and complete a subscription; your agent can check this when connecting. Set up a Team Bot · Team connectors.

CLAUDE

Your WhatsApp Business, now in Claude.

Enlazá is now available in Claude’s connector directory.

Connect Enlazá and ask Claude to summarize your conversations, read voice-note transcripts, view photos and help you reply. WhatsApp Business stays on your phone.

Add to Claude

  1. Open the Enlazá listing in Claude and choose Connect or sign in to add it.
  2. Sign in to Enlazá and authorize the permissions. If your number is not connected yet, complete that step from your account.
  3. Return to Claude, enable Enlazá in your conversation and start using it.
Connect using the MCP URL
  1. In Claude, open Customize → Connectors. To add the connection by URL, choose Add → Custom → Web.
  2. Use the name Enlazá and URL https://enlaza.chat/mcp. Continue with OAuth and choose Register automatically if Claude offers that option.
  3. Sign in to Enlazá and authorize the permissions. Return to Claude and enable Enlazá for your conversation.

Try: “Summarize today’s messages and draft replies for those still unanswered. Show them to me before sending.”

Team usage and permissions

On Team and Enterprise, the administrator can enable connectors for the team. Each person connects their own account; you choose Claude’s access and when to approve a message being sent.

OPTION 1 · SIGN IN

Authorize and return to your assistant.

This option is called OAuth. Authorization is completed with your account and returns directly to the assistant.

  1. Ask the agent to connect Enlazá. It sets up the connector and shows you its actual authorization button or link. If the app uses a connection menu, your agent guides you to the right connector.
  2. Tap that link. Sign in to Enlazá with Google or email; if this is your first time, create your account there.
  3. Review and authorize the permissions. Then return to the assistant. Authorization returns to its app; keep your credentials in Enlazá’s secure authorization window.
  4. The agent checks the connection. If WhatsApp still needs to be linked, it gives you the link to your account to complete Meta setup. Then you continue in the same assistant.

To keep the assistant connected, start OAuth authorization from its own connector. After signing in and granting permissions, you return to that app with the connection ready.

OPTION 2 · PERSONAL KEY

Sign in, create a key and add it to your assistant.

If Hark or another agent asks for a fixed token, use a personal access key for your Enlazá account. It stays active until it expires or you revoke it, and is managed separately from your password.

  1. Ask it to prepare a token-based connection. The agent should show you where its secure form is and give you this link: Sign in and create my Enlazá key.
  2. First, sign in or create your account. The same link takes you to “My keys” after signing in.
  3. Create and copy your key. Enter the assistant’s name, choose permissions and duration, then tap “Create personal key” → “Copy key”. It is shown only once: keep that tab open until you save it in the assistant.
  4. Return to Hark or your agent. This is the key it will request in its secure token or credentials field. Save it in that secure credentials form. If it asks for the server address, use https://enlaza.chat/mcp.
  5. Save the connection. The agent checks access and tells you if WhatsApp still needs to be connected. You can then tap “Done, I’ve saved it” in Enlazá.
Sign in and create my key →

Create one key per assistant and save it in its secure credentials form. To renew it, generate a new one from My keys and update the connector.

To receive new-message notifications, choose an assistant that supports MCP events and enable the subscription from that app.

THE QR STEP

Authorize the QR from WhatsApp Business.

Open Meta’s QR code on a computer, tablet or another phone. In WhatsApp Business, open the Facebook Business message and tap Connect / Conectar to scan it:

  1. On your phone, open the Facebook Business message inside WhatsApp Business.
  2. Tap Connect / Conectar in that message.
  3. Use the scanner that opens to scan the QR code Meta displays on the other screen.
This is the button to tap in your WhatsApp. The image is an example.

Use the scanner opened by that message, not your regular camera or “Linked devices”. If the message does not arrive, check the number and Meta’s instructions. If the QR code expires, refresh it on that screen and tap Connect again.

If you switch screens, open Continue my connection and sign in with the same Enlazá account. Keep the QR code and authorization link private.

Your number, or one for your assistant

DOCUMENTS, TOO

Your PDF, straight to WhatsApp.

Share quotes, proposals or reports from Claude and other assistants connected to Enlazá. Your contact receives a named PDF file.

  1. Ask your assistant: “Send this PDF to [contact] on WhatsApp.” Specify the file and recipient.
  2. If the assistant can transfer the file, it prepares it for you. If it needs your help, it provides an Enlazá link to select the PDF: upload it, then return to the chat.
  3. Your assistant checks that the file is ready, sends it with your permission and checks its delivery status.

You can also use a direct PDF link or forward a PDF received on WhatsApp. For other formats, ask your assistant to export them as PDF first.

Temporary uploads support up to 15 MB and are deleted within 24 hours. A direct link may support up to 100 MB, subject to Meta’s rules. Preview links or links requiring sign-in are not direct files. If only a link can be shared, your assistant will let you know.

The contact must have messaged you within the last 24 hours. After that, your assistant can resume with an approved template and wait for a reply before sending the PDF. Instructions for assistants.

Resume conversations with templates.

When you connect your number, Enlazá submits a Spanish-language catalog to Meta for inquiries, reminders, tasks, appointments, documents and other notices. Review may take up to 24 hours. In Settings, you can see which are under review and which are approved; the status updates automatically. Your assistant chooses an approved template and personalizes it with details from your conversation.

Your assistant can send free-form text during the 24 hours after the last incoming message. After that, choose the most suitable approved template, with your authorization and the recipient’s consent, to start or resume a conversation. Once the contact replies, free-form messaging becomes available again. To add email or calendar workflows, connect those tools in your assistant.

Meta approves templates and sets the applicable rates; see payments and messages to review your account.

Before you start

Each incoming message opens a 24-hour window for free-form replies. After that, you can resume with an approved template and the contact’s consent. When they reply, free-form messaging becomes available again.

When connecting, ask your assistant to enable and check new-message notifications. Dots has been tested with Enlazá. For other assistants, choose one that supports MCP Events; device notifications are managed in the assistant’s own settings.

Compatibility

Connect Claude, ChatGPT/Dots, Grok, Hark or another agent that supports remote MCP. Follow the step-by-step guide or read the complete technical instructions.

Understand each conversation

Read replies, reactions and the messages they refer to; add contacts, locations and interactive options to your assistant’s context.

Reply and follow up

Transcribe WhatsApp Business audio

Enlazá transcribes supported voice notes in Spanish, Portuguese or English, using the audio language selected in Settings. The audio language is independent of the interface language. Changes apply to transcriptions queued afterwards; pending jobs and saved transcripts stay unchanged. It does not detect the language automatically or translate audio. Check names, amounts and dates: transcripts may contain errors.

Frequently asked questions

Where can I review my plan and payments?

After signing in, open “My plan” in your dashboard to review your account status and available options. Before you confirm a subscription, the panel shows its terms and the applicable amount.

Sign in to my account

Can my assistant see a photo, show it to me and send it on WhatsApp?

Yes. With whatsapp_media, your assistant receives the actual photo or sticker as MCP visual content and can analyze it, summarize it or show it in the chat. It can also share a private “View image” link with you and send photos to a contact with your permission.

Enlazá delivers files up to 15 MB to the assistant, provided Meta still retains them and the assistant accepts that size. To send photos on WhatsApp, Meta supports JPEG or PNG up to 5 MB, and the contact must have messaged you within the last 24 hours. To send an image created or uploaded in the assistant’s chat, use the accessible HTTPS file provided by that application.

Refresh Enlazá’s tools in your assistant’s connector to make image features available. The assistant checks delivery status and tells you the result.

How do I continue a conversation after 24 hours and review my payments?

Each incoming message opens a 24-hour window for free-form replies. After that, resume with an approved template and the contact’s consent. The conversation window and payment settings are managed separately.

Meta’s general pricing, effective October 1, 2026, includes 1,000 free service messages per number per month; messages beyond that are charged. As you approach the allowance, add a payment method in Meta to keep delivering messages. Review your account’s rates and terms before using it.

To prepare your account or resolve a payment issue, open Meta Billing, select the account containing your number and open “Payment settings”. Review the payment method, outstanding balance and any notices from Meta. Charges and available options are shown there; the card covers charges under Meta’s applicable rates. See official rates.

Set up payments directly in Meta and keep your card details in that account. Enlazá shows the payment notices Meta shares when sending; check Meta Billing to review your payment method’s status and the options for each message type.

What does Enlazá do?

It connects your WhatsApp Business to the assistant you choose, with your permissions and your own workflows.

How do I choose what history to import?

You decide whether to import conversations when connecting. You can also start with new messages once reception is active.

Can I keep using my WhatsApp Business?

Yes. The app stays on your phone; Enlazá works alongside it. You can revoke assistant access from your account.

How do I choose my assistant’s permissions?

Reading permission is required to view messages. Sending and notifications are authorized separately and can be revoked.

Which devices can I use to complete the QR step?

For this connection, Meta displays a QR code that you scan with WhatsApp Business on your phone: open the Facebook Business message and tap Connect / Conectar to open the scanner. See the message and steps. We recommend starting on a computer; a tablet or another phone also works. Before leaving Enlazá, you can copy a link to continue on another screen: sign in with the same account to resume with your history choice. Keep the QR code and Meta’s private link on your own screens.

Can I delete my account without asking for help?

Yes. In your dashboard, open “Settings” → “Delete account and data”. Review what will be deleted and type ELIMINAR. Enlazá disconnects your number, cancels renewals and deletes your data. If a service takes longer, we retry automatically; you can close the page. Your WhatsApp and chats stay on your phone. See what is covered and how recovery copies work.

How do I connect my WhatsApp Business to ChatGPT?

Add Enlazá from its published ChatGPT listing and authorize your Enlazá account. Then link your WhatsApp Business number through the Meta connection flow. These are two separate authorizations. You can keep the phone app and ask your assistant to summarize conversations or help you reply with the permissions you chose. See the ChatGPT steps.

Why do I need Facebook or Meta to connect WhatsApp Business?

Meta manages authorization for the business and WhatsApp Business number. Start from your Enlazá account and follow the guided flow: choose the business and number you want to connect, then confirm permissions. You do not need to code your own Meta app to use this connection. You need access to the right business; if Meta requests a review, follow the notice for that account. See preparation and the QR step.

What if my WhatsApp Business number is not eligible to connect?

First check the exact Meta notice: a generic error does not establish the cause. If it asks for more activity in WhatsApp Business, update the app, use it normally with real conversations and try again later. Meta publishes no minimum activity or guaranteed waiting period. For a different restriction, follow that notice or contact support from your account. Do not delete the account or generate fake activity as a fix.

What if Meta will not let me add another WhatsApp number?

If the notice confirms a business phone-number limit, review existing numbers in Meta WhatsApp Manager. Select the business and real number you want to connect instead of adding it again. Ask Meta to review the limit if needed. This is separate from Enlazá capacity; do not delete numbers that are in use.

Enlazá is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta or WhatsApp.
