ENLAZÁ GUIDE · USE CASES
Your WhatsApp can do much more.
Connect WhatsApp Business to the AI assistant you already use—or to an application you build. Choose a number, grant the access you need, and shape the workflow around your work.
IDEAS TO GET STARTED
What do you want WhatsApp to do?
These are starting points. Your assistant and instructions define the workflow; Enlazá provides the authorized connection.
Give your agent its own WhatsApp Business number.
An agent can have a dedicated work line, separate from your personal number. Connect a WhatsApp Business account through Enlazá and authorize it: your assistant can then read conversations and, if you grant send access, reply as that business. You can ask it to message your personal number when that contact has an open reply window.
You need a phone number and a WhatsApp Business account. Reception must be activated for each number; SaskyCo currently assists with activation.
Turn incoming chats into tasks and reminders.
Connect the number you already use. When someone asks you to do something, ask your assistant to capture the task, who requested it, and when it is due. It can keep a list, help you prioritize, and draft a reply. If your assistant has access to a task manager, it may also create a task there.
Proactive WhatsApp notifications require MCP Events support in the client and a confirmed subscription. Without that, the assistant can check messages when you ask.
Connect WhatsApp to an application you build.
Building a CRM, support inbox, vertical assistant, or custom automation? Integrate Enlazá as a remote MCP server. Your application acts as an MCP client and gets OAuth or personal-token access for each individual user. There is no shared API key and no need to handle the user's WhatsApp credentials.
https://enlaza.chat/mcpHTTPS · OAuth or personal tokenMCP exposes the capabilities authorized by each user. It is not a REST API with a developer API key. Events need a public HTTPS callback, signature verification, and a supported subscription client.
Handle repetitive questions and escalate the rest.
Your assistant can use available conversation context to prepare answers about opening hours, services, availability, or frequently asked questions. Ask it to reply only when the answer is clear, and route sensitive, ambiguous, or out-of-scope questions to a person.
Sending requires permission and an applicable instruction. Free-form replies are limited to 24 hours after a customer's latest message; Enlazá does not send approved templates to start conversations.
Find the context and keep each conversation moving.
Ask your assistant to summarize recent messages, open questions, commitments, and next steps. If your assistant also connects to your calendar, email, or a compatible CRM, it can help move that context into the tools where you work.
Reading depends on your granted permission and the messages available in Enlazá. Attachments appear as metadata; access to their contents is not guaranteed.
Build a workflow around the tools you already use.
Combine WhatsApp with your business rules: classify an inquiry, summarize an order, draft a reply, look up a customer record, or suggest the next action. Your assistant can use other integrations available to it. Start with human approval for consequential actions, then automate after the workflow has been tested.
Enlazá connects WhatsApp to your assistant; it does not independently run business rules or integrate third-party systems.
NO FIXED CATALOG
Have another idea? You can build that, too.
These use cases are examples, not a limit. MCP gives agents and applications a standard way to connect with tools and data. If you can imagine another way to use WhatsApp, design your own workflow, build an application, or add Enlazá to software you already have.
What you can do depends on your agent or application's tools, the permissions you grant, and WhatsApp's current rules.

BUILT AROUND REAL PERMISSIONS
Access, reply windows, and actual readiness.
- 24-hour reply window. WhatsApp permits free-form replies up to 24 hours after a user's latest message. Outside that window, an approved template is required; Enlazá does not send templates yet. WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy ↗
- Reception activation. During this initial rollout, SaskyCo activates reception for each number. Connecting through Meta does not guarantee the number is ready yet.
- Confirmed events. Proactive notifications depend on the MCP client's Events support and a working subscription. Discovering events does not mean the client is listening.
- You control access. Read, send, and notification permissions are separate. Automated customer replies should provide a clear way to reach a person.
Frequently asked questions
What if my assistant supports sign-in instead?
Use OAuth: your assistant gives you its actual authorization link. Sign in or create your Enlazá account, approve permissions and return to the assistant. No copied token is needed. A generic sign-in link alone does not connect the assistant.
Can I use Hark or another token-based assistant?
Enlazá supports personal Bearer tokens for compatible remote MCP clients. Ask your assistant to prepare the connector and give you this sign-in and key-creation link. First sign in or create your Enlazá account, create and copy a key, then return to your assistant and paste that same key only in its secure credential form, never in chat. The MCP URL is https://enlaza.chat/mcp. Installation inside Hark and its events have not yet been verified.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Open your account settings and confirm deletion twice. Your Enlazá data and access grants are removed without operator approval. Deletion scope and backup retention.
Do I need a new number for my agent?
No. Connect your current WhatsApp Business number or use a dedicated line to separate the agent's work. A new line needs a WhatsApp Business account and Meta authorization. Reception activation currently requires help from SaskyCo.
Does Enlazá build the agent or application?
No. Enlazá connects your number to an assistant you choose or to an application that implements a remote MCP client. Your assistant or app defines the workflow and other integrations.
Can the assistant send messages automatically?
Sending requires send permission, an applicable user instruction, and compliance with WhatsApp rules. Enlazá cannot start conversations with free-form text; outside the 24-hour window an approved template is required, and templates are not yet supported.
