Turn a voice note into a task
Enlazá transcribes supported voice notes in Spanish, Portuguese or English, using the audio language selected in Settings. Your assistant can work with that text to prepare a list of actions.
What you get: Tasks extracted from the transcript, with uncertain details highlighted. Transcription can contain errors.
Read the available transcripts of these voice notes. Extract requests, dates and tasks. Flag names or amounts that need checking.
Reply with a photo in context
A photo can explain the product or problem a customer is asking about. Your assistant needs visual-content support to analyze it.
What you get: A draft grounded in the available message and image, without assuming details the assistant cannot see.
Review the photo and messages in this chat. Explain what the customer needs and draft a short reply without sending it yet.
From an idea to your first task
- Choose your assistant. Add Enlazá from the Claude directory, or follow the guide’s installation section for ChatGPT, Dots and Grok.
- Complete Enlazá sign-in and authorization. If your number is not linked yet, finish the Meta step and return to your assistant.
- Ask it to check the connection and start with a few authorized chats. Choose a suggested action or tell it what you want done.
Choose the workflow you need
Choose this route to use your existing assistant without developing an application. Your client must support the MCP connection and capabilities you want, such as images or events. History depends on what is available for your number; connecting does not recover every old chat.
Common questions
Does Enlazá work with Grok?
Yes. Add https://enlaza.chat/mcp as a custom Grok connector and complete authentication. You can summarize conversations, read available transcripts and draft replies. The guide also covers Grok Bot through Remote HTTPS and per-user OAuth.
What can my assistant access?
Access belongs to the account and permissions you authorize. Start with the read access you need, and enable sending or notifications for tasks you choose to delegate. You can revoke access.
Can it send my reply?
Yes, with send permission and authorization for the recipient and content. Free-form text requires a 24-hour window opened by the contact; outside it, an eligible approved template and recipient consent are needed. An accepted send still needs its delivery status checked.
